How soon will the payment be remitted to merchants after the transaction has been completed?
Collected funds will normally be settled with merchants within 30 days.
   
Is there any per-transaction charge or will there be any fixed % charge on the amount of every transaction recorded?
ePayLink charging scheme includes a moderate setup and monthly fee, plus a competitive transaction charge at a fixed % of each successful transaction.
   
Will merchant need to open a new banking account for online transactions?
In general, this is unnecessary. But there may be exceptions.
   
What's the lowest value transaction amount that can be accepted through ePayLink?
ePayLink will set a minimum transaction amount with each merchant taking account of the nature of individual business.
   
Can merchants issue refund to shoppers?
Yes.
   
Can ePayLink handle chargeback?
Yes. A chargeback is the forced reversal of a transaction by the credit card issuing bank. Chargeback take place when we receive notification from our partner bank that the cardholder's card issuing bank has received a dispute notice from the cardholder, whose card had been charged by our merchants. In certain cases merchant defense is possible (e.g. order denial while delivery is effected with documentary proof). Sometimes (for example, fraudulent card usage) a chargeback is made immediately. Chargeback is not applicable to payments made through ATM cards.
